Red, red, red. Why do I love that color so much? It dominates my work like skulls dominate Mignola's work. My chair is red, I got 2 cars that are red. Devilpig is red. My homemade Samurai armor is red.

*note* X-Ray is a photo that was manipulated to show all the broken bones. Except the pinky. Because Punisher can kill you with just his pinky. He's just that bad ass.

I love the textures here. In the white areas, are you getting that by painting over a dark board/color, or by wiping off?

Fooled you, haha. Beyond the original B&W line art it's all photoshop. I simply took a texture scan from an old dirty board with paint on it, made it a layer, then photoshopped/painted over it in a layer above it.

My favorite kind of Photoshop, when it's hard to tell.
Well came out great! You made mention of the center part being done in PS or photo manipulation so I assumed the rest was paint.

I love the layout, the mix of drawn faces and realistic X-rays, and a color palette that blends together nicely.

Frankencastle is in the regular Marvel Universe title
Hangemhigh 13, The MAX series is completely on it's own as far as continuity. Dave love the cover! Frank looked super pissed :D
