I really dug this design, but it animated for shit. Not really sure what happened. I guess nobody after me in the process was feeling the love on this episode to really bring this design to life. As a matter of fact, this whole episode was a real stinker. Except for the scene where RipJaw put 2 giant veiny eggs (that looked more like BALLS, than eggs) in his mouth. That made me laugh for all the wrong reasons.

Very nice creature, but how does it eat? That tube thing looks like it takes up the whole back of the mouth.

I thought that action scene at the end was the best in the first season. Though one thing always bugged me about this lake monster: What's with that thing in his mouth? looks like the thing can't eat right because of it.
